Will I be paired with other members?
No. All of our escape rooms are a private experience just for your party.
What exactly are Brainy Actz escape rooms?
Brainy Actz Escape Rooms are a real-life puzzle adventure experience! You and your friends will be locked in a room with 60 minutes to escape. The room will contain several clues, riddles, and puzzles that need to be solved in order to be successful! But be sure to work together!
Who can participate?
Brainy Actz Escape Rooms are an incredible experience for everyone! From team building within your company to birthday parties to a night out with friends, Brainy Actz Escape Rooms are a unique, challenging, morale-building event that you will be talking about for a long time!
Do you accept walk-ins?
No. We do allow for same-day reservations if there is availability.
How do I make a reservation?
You can make a reservation for yourself or your group by filling out the information on the Booking page on our website, emailing us directly at sales@brainyactzsocal.com, or calling (949) 647-0184!
How many people do we need to play?
Our rooms can be solved with as few as two people, but we recommend a group size between 2 to 10 for the best experience and chance at success! These rooms are not easy!
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If you have concerns or questions, please feel free to call us during regular business hours at (949) 647-0184!
Will you provide help during the game?
We will absolutely provide you with clues if you need help during the game; although we recommend holding out as long as you possibly can before asking for help. Who knows, you may be just around the corner from a big breakthrough! To qualify for our monthly leader board, you can request only one clue during your game!
Does a waiver need to be signed?
Yes, a waiver must be signed to participate in ALL activities. All participants that are not above the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to sign for them.
